Military exercise "Atlas" 2nd and 3rd October

Request your attention to the following NOTAM

To retain

1. The airspace between Tabua and Garajau is restricted from the surface up to ~450m, depending on the area. 
2. Paragliding flights at Madalena do Mar and to the west of it are out of the restricted areas.
   Nonetheless caution is required, the aircrafts can fly in and out of the restricted areas.
3. I recall the importance of the flight reporting to the tower for any flight done in the Archipelago.
4. The smartest thing to do is to avoid flying at the south coast until the end of the exercise.

Additional notes

1. The hours indicated at the original NOTAM didn't clearly refer the timezone, Zulu or local time. I'm assuming Zulu. So 2 PM (14.00h) local is 13.00Z. 
2. The various areas have different altitudes and hours of restriction. I presented the largest ranges to facilitate the message.
